What is QuEDIS ?

The Quantum Enhanced Decentralised Intelligence/Science (QuEDIS) Research Group is a pioneering initiative dedicated to solving complex, global problems by leveraging the collective brainpower of a distributed community of experts and enthusiasts.

Moving beyond traditional siloed research, we operate on a decentralised autonomous organisation (DAO) model. Think of us as a blockchain-based social network for research—a close-knit ecosystem where mathematicians, developers, scientists, economists, and strategists collaborate on dedicated problems. By combining quantum-inspired computational approaches with swarm intelligence and a transparent incentive structure, we accelerate innovation from ideation to real-world commercialisation.

Our ideology is built on three core pillars:

1. Decentralised Collaboration: To create a permissionless, open-innovation platform where the best minds, regardless of institutional affiliation, can converge to tackle predefined challenges.

2. Community-Led Solution Design: To foster a tight-knit ecosystem built on trust, mutual respect, and the shared goal of creating solutions for direct, positive human impact in areas like healthcare, finance, logistics, and sustainability.

3. Equitable Value Distribution: To ensure that every contributor is fairly recognised and rewarded for their input, creating a new paradigm for research compensation.

Our Aims and Objectives

The Compensation Mechanism: Earning Your QRG Token Share

We believe innovators should share directly in the success they create. Our model is designed for exactly that:

• Tokenised Contribution: Upon joining the QuEDIS platform (Stage 2), contributors earn non-transferable QRG Contribution Points for their work—solving sub-problems, peer review, community governance, and code commits.

• Solution Commercialisation: When a solution developed by the QuEDIS group is commercialised (through licensing, spin-off creation, or sale), a significant portion of the revenue is allocated to a reward pool.

• Fair Distribution: The reward pool is distributed to contributors in the form of transferable QRG Tokens or stablecoins, proportional to their accumulated Contribution Points for that specific solution. The more critical your contribution to a successful project, the greater your reward.

Our rollout is structured in three key phases to ensure a strong foundation and sustainable growth.

Stage 1: MASTERCLASSES
Objective: To form and educate our foundational community through a selective application process. This is the genesis of QuEDIS. We are inviting skilled professionals to apply for our masterclass series. Accepted "Founding Members" will gain complimentary access to live sessions on decentralised science (DeSci), DAO structures, and quantum-inspired optimisation. This stage is about building the core tribe that will shape QuEDIS.

Stage 2: QUORUM PLATFORM DEVELOPMENT
Objective: To build our custom digital habitat, guided by our Founding Members.
Using direct feedback from Stage 1, we will develop the ‘Quorum’ platform. This bespoke portal will be the hub for collaboration, project tracking, governance, and our proprietary Contribution Point system. Founding Members will get first access.

Stage 3: QRG INITIAL PROBLEM OFFERING (IPO)
Objective: To launch our first flagship project with a proven community.
Our vetted community will be presented with the first major challenge—an Initial Problem Offering. This is where collaboration turns into innovation, and the journey towards the first commercial solution and token distribution begins.
